BG Optics Facebook Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this competition is BG OPTICS, whose registered office is at 27-31 Sankey St, Warrington WA1 1XG.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
3. The competition is closed to employees of TheHiveWA1 or BG Optics.
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
5. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. The route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via our Facebook or Instagram page.
7. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
8. The closing date for entry will be 1st Oct 2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

10. The prize is as follows: One pair of Tom Ford sunglasses or a similar pair
11. Winners will be chosen at random, from all entries received
12. The winner will be notified by DM on FB & INSTA within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
14. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
15. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You provide your information to BG Optics and TheHiveWA1 and not to any other party.
16. We reserve the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
